Inner Guide Flow W/ Audrey

This will be a Vinyasa Flow class at its foundation. Expect to to be challenged to leave behind any and all limiting beliefs as the mind quiets and focus withdraws into the heart so that we may listen. Audrey will offer tools from yoga, reiki, and meditation to inspire the body, mind and spirit to lift. All are welcome. 

Audrey is an Intuitive Yoga Instructor and Reiki Teacher Master offering transformative weekly classes, monthly events, workshops, private mentoring, Reiki and Tarot card sessions. Expect to leave Audrey's classes feeling that you have received exactly what you need. 

We will meet every Monday night. Drop in is $18 or purchase a class package $75/month ($15 Savings)

Multi Level Vinyasa w/Jamie

Vinyasa Flow is formed around the postures (asanas)and breath (pranayama) for a transformative and well balancing effect in the mind, body and spirit. We flow in a way to stay connected throughout the practice and to feel the postures in the body. The class builds heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. This class is structured for experienced  beginners to advanced practitioners.

Mixed Level Intermediate Flow and Alignment w/Nikki

This class is a mix of mindful flow to warm the body, poses to work the core, and then taking some time with alignment and balance in standing poses. We also explore the prep poses for inversions and take time to go deeper with back bends, hamstrings and shoulders.

Power Vinyasa is formed around the Vinyasa style of Yoga. Experienced students will focus on linking pranayama with a strong and mindful flow.  In a Power Vinyasa class, students build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while strengthening the body and calming the mind.

All Levels Vinyasa Flow w/Jamie

We Flow in a way to stay connected throughout the practice and to feel the postures in the body. The class builds heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. This class is structured for experienced beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Gentle & Deep Stretch w/Nikki

This is a great class for new students who might have injuries or limitations, or for very active students who need to slow down for an hour and restore the body! Bolster, chairs & blankets will provide complete supported poses! It's like hitting the "reset" button!

Power and Peace (Power Vinyasa and Meditation) w/Jamie

Power Vinyasa is formed around the Vinyasa style of Yoga. Experienced students will focus on linking pranayama with a strong and mindful flow.  In a Power Yoga class, students build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while strengthening the body and calming the mind.
