Inner Guide Flow W/ Audrey

This will be a Vinyasa Flow class at its foundation. Expect to to be challenged to leave behind any and all limiting belifefs as the mind quiets and focus withdraws into the heart so that we may listen. Audrey will offer tools from yoga, reiki, and meditation to inspire the body, mind and spirit to lift. All are welcome. 

Audrey is an Intuitvie Yoga Instructor and Reiki Teacher Master offering transformative weekly classes, monthly events, workshops, private mentoring, Reiki and Tarot card sessions. Expect to leave Audrey's classes feeling that you have recieved exactly what you need.

Hot Core w/Lakesha

This is a 30 minute class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to engage the deep muscles of the core.  Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction-creating resistance. The majority of movements in Hot Core build deep core strength best accessed through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In between sets, students move to restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen. Temperatures can range from 75-85 degrees. Sorry Gents…Ladies Only.

Sound Journey Through The Chakras w/  Alexander Tuttle

Join us for Alexander's  journey and discussion. Rekindle the love for yourself and for one another in a peaceful, quite setting. All are welcome.
$10 suggested donation for the Sound Journey or Class

Our body is a musical instrument. When the instrument is not tuned properly, a state of dis-ease or imbalance occurs. Each cell in our body is genetically programmed to maintain its own health and well-being. During the course of our life many emotional, mental, spiritual, and environmental factors interfere with this state. The sound and vibrations emanating from the crystal singing bowls and other instruments help re-tune the listener's body, initially by opening, clearing, and re-balancing each of the 9 or more major chakas. It has been established that each of these chakras or energy centers are associated with a musical note or vibrational frequency, as well as emotions and reflect imbalances in our life.

In this experiential group offering Alexander plays Crystal bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Native American Flute, Tingshas, Didgeridoo, Sitar, chimes, bells, gong, drums, vocal toning, vocables, etc. in a stimulating and supportive manner. These sounds reverberate through your whole body as the group sits or lies down with their eyes closed in a relaxing meditative manner for 30 to 45 minutes.

Following this energy center alignment there is a 5 minute or so quiet/rest time where everyone staying is asked to be still. During this time anyone that isn't staying for the class can leave quietly. After the still time we will gently begin the Subtle Energy Talk on Sound/Vibration, Conscious Communication, Subtle Energy in Relationships, Self Exploration, Wellness and how all these subjects are so interconnected. These topics are meant to be energetic based and do not interfere with any one's religious or spiritual beliefs but include how we affect each other and our surroundings from a vibrational or energetic perspective. It's all vibration. Total running time of around 1.75 hours.

Kundalini yoga teaches us to connect with our inner guidance and intuition. Through the unique combination of Breath (Pranayama), Sound (Mantra), Movement (Kriya) and Stillness (Meditation), we will experience the awakening of the boundless kundalini energy that has the profound power to heal and balance the mind, body and spirit.

Recovery of the triad

Refuge Recovery is a mindfulness-based addiction recovery community that practices and utilizes Buddhist philosophy as the foundation of the recovery process. Drawing inspiration from the core teachings of the Four Noble Truths, emphasis is placed on both knowledge and empathy as a means for overcoming addiction and its causes. Those struggling with any form of addiction greatly benefit when they are able to understand the suffering that addiction has created while developing compassion for the pain they have experienced. We hope to serve you, and meet you on the path." Our hope is that we create a supportive Sangha ( community) where folks can meet, meditate and support one another in their recovery practice.
