We could call it pre-conception, conscious conception, trying to conceive or fertility. If you are working on making a baby (now or soon), self-care is golden. Join us in the 5-class series where we dive into the power and information behind our menstrual cycles and our womb space in the conception journey. We will create intention for receptivity on the physical and energetic levels, and use a variety of modalities including yoga, meditation and essential oils to heal. Use this time to connect with your Self and a community of women as you explore what Motherhood looks like for you.

Multi Level Vinyasa w/Jamie

Vinyasa Flow is formed around the postures (asanas)and breath (pranayama) for a transformative and well balancing effect in the mind, body and spirit. We flow in a way to stay connected throughout the practice and to feel the postures in the body. The class builds heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. This class is structured for experienced  beginners to advanced practitioners.

Mixed Level Intermediate Flow and Alignment w/Nikki

This class is a mix of mindful flow to warm the body, poses to work the core, and then taking some time with alignment and balance in standing poses. We also explore the prep poses for inversions and take time to go deeper with back bends, hamstrings and shoulders.

Power Vinyasa w/Jamie

Power Vinyasa is formed around the Vinyasa style of Yoga. Experienced students will focus on linking pranayama with a strong and mindful flow.  In a Power Vinyasa class, students build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while strengthening the body and calming the mind.

Yoga Somatics for deep release w/Anne

In Yoga it is often true that to go deeper we must tread lighter.  The subtle body does not agree with force or aggression and either often leading to more imbalance and motor amnesia (pain).  We’ve forgotten how to use our bodies efficiently and instead engage in compensatory movement patterns pushing the cart (or boulder) up hill.  Common symptoms of  motor amnesia and imbalanced execution are:   Back pain, Bursitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Disc problems, Fibromyalgia, Frozen shoulder, Joint pain, Kyphosis, Lordosis, Osteoarthritis, Piriformis Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, Sciatica, worsening Scoliosis, Spasms & cramps, TMJ, Tendinitis, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Uneven leg length.   

I believe passionately in this work and find it to be the perfect Yin to Yoga’s more Yang traditional postures. I want to share it with you and am adding two thursday classes to teach these slow gentle exercises that specifically promotes release of chronic muscle and joint pain, restores natural posture and helps prevent recurring injuries. These practices are often more beneficial longterm than massage or chiropractic support because you are reprogramming your nervous system and addressing the postural imbalance that is the cause of most muscle and joint pain. These classes are suitable for most everybody, only requirement is that you are able to get down and up from the floor.

Gentle & Deep Stretch w/Nikki

This is a great class for new students who might have injuries or limitations, or for very active students who need to slow down for an hour and restore the body! Bolster, chairs & blankets will provide complete supported poses! It's like hitting the "reset" button!

Power and Peace (Power Vinyasa and Meditation) w/Jamie

Power Vinyasa is formed around the Vinyasa style of Yoga. Experienced students will focus on linking pranayama with a strong and mindful flow.  In a Power Yoga class, students build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while strengthening the body and calming the mind.
